This initiative is not only an opportunity to promote our culinary heritage, but also a genuine chance for economic development and for attracting visitors to rural areas that are less known yet of exceptional value. 

Together with Timiș and Arad counties, we are actively committed to building a shared regional gastronomic identity that celebrates the Banat’s traditions, its people, and its resources. It is an inter-county collaboration project that brings us closer together and strengthens our sense of responsibility.
