Trained as a Gastronomy Technician at Liceul Tehnologic Valeriu Braniște in Lugoj, he honed his skills as kitchen assistant at Bellavista (Lugoj) and Domacris Parc (Deta), supporting high-volume service and large events.
Early distinctions include team participation at the IKA Culinary Olympics with Kolping Timișoara, plus certifications from ANBCT and Pangastro, and membership in G.I.D.E. (Gastronomy, Innovation, Development, Education)—milestones that reflect his drive for continuous improvement and teamwork.
In November 2025 he represents the Banat European Region of Gastronomy—candidate for 2028—at the European Young Chef Awards, organised by IGCAT, Catalonia World Region of Gastronomy 2025 and the Government of Catalonia, showcasing Banat’s bold flavors on a continental stage. Rooted in local products and traditions, Lovin champions precise technique, seasonal sourcing, and contemporary plating to tell the story of Banat cuisine to a new generation of diners.
