His competition record includes silver at IKA 2022 and multiple national medals, alongside roles as team coach and juror.
A WorldSkills Romania Expert for Sustainable Gastronomy, Kiss designs trainings and mentors the national squad, preparing young chefs for international stages—linking technique, seasonality, and zero-waste thinking. He also works as a private chef and menu developer, valued for precise execution and contemporary reinterpretations of Banat flavors.
